Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week, Alex Baldwin of the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms football team!

Baldwin, a senior wide receiver for the unbeaten Blossoms had tallied 26 receptions for 364 yards and 7 touchdowns coming into last Saturday’s State Class A quarterfinal matchup in Janesville against Springfield, and his monster game of 11 catches for 103 yards and two TD’s helped Blooming Prairie jump out to a 21-0 lead on their way to a 42-20 win over the Tigers and earn a trip to the State Class A semi-finals Saturday at US Bank Stadium against Ada-Borup.
