Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s KAUS Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week, Landon Meyer of the Lyle/Pacelli Athletics baseball team!

Meyer, a junior first baseman and pitcher for the Athletics had a monster game at the plate Monday versus Schaeffer Academy, as he was a perfect 4 for 4 with a pair of doubles, three RBI’s, two stolen bases and five runs scored, plus he also threw a scoreless inning of relief and struck out three batters in a 26-0 Lyle/Pacelli win, and in Tuesday’s home opener versus GMLOK, Meyer was 1 for 2 with an RBI and two runs scored to help the Athletics to a 10-0, 5-inning win.
