Mower County Sheriff’s Office announces a pair of Level 3 Predatory Offenders now living in LeRoy and rural Racine
The Mower County Sheriff’s Office has announced that a Level 3 Predatory Offender is living in the city of LeRoy.
The Sheriff’s Office is releasing this information to the community pursuant to Minnesota Statue 244.052 regarding a Risk Level 3 predatory offender. 48-year old Demetris Leonardo Duncan is not wanted by police at this time, and the Sheriff’s Office reported that he is homeless but staying in LeRoy at this time. Duncan engaged in threatening sexual contact with an unknown adult female. The Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release that Duncan gained access by entering her residence without her permission while she was sleeping, and force and a weapon were used to gain compliance.
The Mower County Sheriff’s Office has also announced that 41-year old Brian Joseph Miller, a Level 3 Predatory Offender will be residing in rural Racine.
The Sheriff’s Office is releasing this information to the community pursuant to Minnesota Statue 244.052 regarding a Risk Level 3 predatory offender. Miller is not wanted by police at this time, and the Sheriff’s Office indicated that Miller has a history of sexual conduct and contact with both known and unknown females. Miller’s conduct included holding a victim against her will.
The Sheriff’s Office stated in the news releases that they believe the release of this information will enhance public safety and protection.
