LeRoy man sentenced to prison time on felony DWI charge in Mower County District Court

A LeRoy man facing a felony DWI charge in Mower County District Court after a traffic stop in Austin on December 15th, 2021 has been sentenced to prison time.

45-year old Trenton Alan Anderson was sentenced Thursday to 41 months in prison for a felony charge of 1st degree DWI, under the influence of a controlled substance.  Anderson was convicted on the charge on October 20th of this year after pleading guilty the same day, and a gross misdemeanor charge for driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety, and a petty misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia in the case against Anderson were dismissed with his guilty plea.
