Tuesday marks 28 years since Mason City, Iowa news anchor and Long Prairie Minnesota native, 27-year-old Jodi Huisentruit went missing. Huisentruit failed to show up to work at KIMT-TV in Mason City on June 27th, 1995 and hasn’t been seen since, with police believing she was abducted on her way to work. Huisentruit was declared legally dead in 2001. Caroline Lowe, a crime reporter for 34 years on WCCO TV in the Twin Cities and a member of a team of investigative journalists that founded the website findjodi.com spoke with KAUS News and talked about events leading up to Huisentruit’s disappearance…
