State Senators continue bonding tour in southeastern Minnesota

State senators continue their three-day tour of southern and southeast Minnesota today, hearing pitches from projects vying for state bonding dollars:

In Austin, the committee heard presentations on four projects Tuesday, including Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements, the 4th Avenue Riverview | State Water Trail Enhancement, Ramsey Scientific and Natural Area Site Improvements and expansion of the Hormel Institute.  In Albert Lea, the committee heard presentations on three projects, including Flood Mitigation for East Main Street, or US Trunk Highway 65, the Blazing Star Trail and the Blazing Star Landing.
