New Vikings back-up quarterback Nick Mullins practiced with the team for the first time yesterday afternoon in Eagan.
Mullins was acquired from the Raiders for a seventh-round draft pick on Monday.
“I think you just got to focus on the right things and that’s learning as much as I can,” MullinsĀ told the media. “Take coaching well, and connecting with new teammates and just focusing on one day at a time and that’s really what I’m focused on.”
Mullins says he is learning the offense as fast as he can and isn’t sure if he will play in Saturday’s preseason game in Denver.
