Minnesotans taking to the road for the Thanksgiving holiday despite higher gas prices

Minnesotans are hitting the road this Thanksgiving, despite higher gas prices.  Triple-A Minnesota’s Meredith Mitts says in addition to supply issues:

The current average price for a gallon of gas in Mower County is $3.26.  The county with the highest average price for a gallon of gas is Rock County in the southwest corner of the state at $3.29, while the lowest average price is in Kanabec County in east central Minnesota at $2.93.  The statewide average price of a gallon of gas is currently $3.15, while the national average currently sits at $3.40. Mitts says the majority of travelers will hit the road and travel on average 50 miles or more.
