Funeral announcements for 7/14/23

A memorial service will be held for Lowell B. Sorg, age 91 of Austin at 11 a.m on Saturday, July 15th at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary on Saturday, with interment at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Harold R. Jensen, age 84 of Faribault and formerly of Austin at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 15th at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:00-3:00 p.m., with interment at the Geneva Cemetery in Geneva, Minnesota.  

A funeral service will be held for Darci J. Buchan, age 57 of Austin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 17th at 1st Congregational Church in Austin.  Visitation will be held at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin on Sunday, July 16th from 4:00-7:00 p.m., and also for one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday morning.  Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Dale and Phyllis VanDenover at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.  Dale and Phyllis will be interred together at Grandview Cemetery in Austin.  

A funeral service will be held for Imogene Watson Symes, age 81 of Blooming Prairie will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18th at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie.  Visitation will take place from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17th at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.  Interment will take place at the Blooming Prairie City Cemetery.  

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated for Jean Loecher Ryks-Arnold, age 84 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 21st at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin.  Visitation will be at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin on Thursday, July 20th from 5:00-7:00 p.m., and at the church on Friday morning for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Austin.
