December Rotary Students of the Month

Morgan is a member of NHS, Go Green Club, Youth Leadership, Link Crew, and participates in both Soccer and Gymnastics. She has received numerous awards, including the AHS Academic Award in multiple years and the Section 1A Academic Gold award in both Soccer and Gymnastics. “I’m very grateful for the experiences I have had [attending] Austin High School,” says Morgan. “I’ve met a lot of great friends and teachers and have loved my classes.” Morgan’s future plans include attending either the University of Minnesota or University of Wisconsin to major in environmental engineering.

Abigail is a member of Band, Jazz Band, Link Crew, NHS, and Student Council. She has received several awards and honors through both her involvement in 4H and piano. “High school will always have a special place in my heart,” says Abigail. “I am deeply grateful for the opportunities that have been offered to me, and I have learned so much from all my teachers.” Abigail’s future plans include attending South Dakota State University to double major in English and Spanish with a minor in music.
