-City of Austin’s snow emergency parking ordinance in effect starting at 8 a.m. this morning

-Mower County Historical Society closed today

-Mower County Senior Center will be closed today

-VFW Post 1216 of Austin’s 5:40 p.m. bingo for Friday is cancelled

-YMCA of Austin, activities and youth classes for today are cancelled, no group fitness classes and all child care is cancelled

-Grand Meadow Business Center’s open house for today postponed until January 25th from 1-4 p.m.

-Sweet Reads Bookstore in Austin’s Mystery Night has been postponed until January 25th

-Lou-Rich in Albert Lea will have no 2nd or 3rd shift today and no work on Saturday

-Austin Legion Post #91 will be closing at 6 p.m., and there will be no meal this evening

-SMART Transit will be suspending all services at 5 p.m. today, they will be open Saturday, and Austin overnight service will be operated at the driver’s discretion

-Westminster Presbyterian Church of Austin, activities are cancelled, and the production of “Mary Poppins Returns” for Saturday is cancelled

-The Austin Eagles Club will have no meal tonight, they will be closing at 6:00 p.m.
