Austin man sentenced to prison time on felony violating a domestic abuse no-contact order charges in Mower County District Court

An Austin man facing four felony charges in Mower County District Court ranging from domestic assault to threats of violence to violating a domestic abuse no-contact order stemming from incidents that took place in Austin on January 27th and February 10th has been sentenced to prison time.

28-year old Ezra Robert Hardy was convicted and sentenced Tuesday to two separate 33-month prison sentences for two felony charges of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order stemming from the February 10th incident.  Judge Jeffery Kritzer determined that Hardy will be able to serve the two sentences concurrently, and felony charges for domestic assault and threats of violence against Hardy stemming from the January 27th incident in Austin were both dismissed with his guilty pleas.
