Austin man facing six felony criminal sexual conduct charges in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who allegedly touched an intoxicated 15-year old girl in an inappropriate manner on May 25th at the residence of a relative has been charged with six felonies in Mower County District Court.

55-year old Gilbert Pineda was charged Thursday with felonies for 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim 13-15, position of authority, 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 16 years of age, significant relationship, 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, sexual contact with a victim 13-15, position of authority, 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, sexual contact, significant relationship, victim under 16 years or age, 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct, mentally incapacitated/impaired or physically, and 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim 13-15 years of age.

Pineda’s next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for September 3rd.
