Austin man facing eight felony criminal sexual conduct charges in Mower County District Court

An Austin man accused of sexually abusing an 8-year old relative on several occasions has been charged with eight felonies in Mower County District Court.

27-year-old Collin James Lewis was charged Thursday with four counts each of felony 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13 and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, sexual contact with child under 16, significant relationship, multiple acts.  Lewis pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A pre-trial hearing for Lewis in Mower County District Court has been scheduled for February 5th, 2021.
