Funeral announcements for 9/17/21

A Celebration of Life will be held for Robert (Bobby) G. Lukes, age 87 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Bob’s birthday, Saturday, September 18th at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00-11:00 a.m.  The celebration will continue at The Eagles Club in Austin immediately following the service.

Funeral services will be held for Eugene Oscar “Gene” Holst, age 86 of rural Austin on Saturday, September 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin.  Visitation will take place on Friday, September 17th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and for one hour prior to the service on Saturday.  Interment will be in Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in Dexter Township of Mower County.

A Celebration of Life service will be held for Lana Marie Zibert, age 79 of Austin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 18th at Crane Community Chapel in Austin.  Family and friends may call from 2:00-4:00 p.m. prior to the services at the church on Saturday afternoon.  Private family interment will be held.

A Celebration of Life for Donald Jackel, age 86 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 23rd at Grace Lutheran Church in Austin. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery in Austin following the service.  The family is requiring all attendees to wear masks and social distance.  If you are not feeling well, please do not attend.  The goal is for everyone to remain safe and healthy.
