Funeral announcements for 8/5/20

Funeral services for Lillian June Thompson, age 95 of Austin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin.  Visitation will be held for one hour before the service.  Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Hayfield.  

A funeral service for Alice Louise (Chapek) Hofner, age 98 of rural Austin will be held on Friday, August 7th at 11:00 a.m. at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the Worlein Funeral Home.  Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

A memorial service for Richard (Ric) Duane Murphy, age 64 of Lanesboro will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 8th at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Lyle.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.  Due to COVID-19, they request that your practice social distancing and to please wear a mask.

A private family memorial service will be held for Dale Duane Peters, age 90 and formerly of Austin.  Public visitation will be at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin on Saturday, August 8th from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.  Interment will will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin, with military rites provided by Austin Legion Post #91.  Social distancing and masks will be observed.
