Funeral announcements for 10/5/22

A funeral service will be held for Carlton “Tommy” Eugene Thomson, age 94 of Austin will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 6th at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Preston.

Funeral services will be held for Almon J. Sorenson, age 87 of Adams at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 7th at Little Cedar Lutheran Church in Adams.  Visitation will be at the church for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be at the Little Cedar Lutheran Church Cemetery in Adams.

Visitation for Julie L. (Schewe) Maxa, age 59 of Austin will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7th at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 8th at Oakland Lutheran Church, with private burial at Fairview Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Evelyn Carol Guentzel, age 83 on Saturday, October 8th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, with visitation at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning and the memorial service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

A memorial service for Robert “Bud” Earl Lange, age 93 of Austin will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 8th at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service on Saturday afternoon.  Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Gail S. Nash, age 62 of Austin from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15th at Cornerstone Church in Austin.
