Funeral announcements for 10/19/22

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Maxine R. Schneider, age 91 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 20th at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin, with a luncheon to follow.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Waterloo, Iowa on Friday, October 21st at 10:30 a.m. that morning.

A funeral mass will be held for Charlene Merten, age 76 of Taopi at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20th at the Adams Funeral Home.  Interment will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Adams.  Visitation will be at the Adams Funeral Home from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 19th, and will continue on Thursday for one hour prior to the service.

A visitation for Gloria L. Lysne, age 97 of Austin will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21st at the Mayer Funeral Home in Austin, followed by a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin at 1:00 p.m. Friday afternoon.

A funeral service will be held for Arlene M. Pike, age 92, formerly of Austin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 22nd at 1st United Methodist Church in Austin.  Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.  A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon at Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

A memorial service will be held for Donna Keck, age 84 at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 22nd at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Interment will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Elkton.  

A private family interment will take place at a later date for Carol Ann Anderson, formerly of Austin at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.  Carol passed away on Thursday, September 29th in Rochester.
