Austin woman sentenced to supervised probation in Mower County District Court for drug sale charge
An Austin woman who sold 1.493 grams of methamphetamine to a Confidential Reliable Informant, or CRI at a location in Austin on November 5th, 2018 has been sentenced to supervised probation in Mower County District Court.
25-year old Christina Aline Brooks-Greenback was sentenced to 20 years of supervised probation for a felony charge of third-degree drugs-sale of a narcotic. She received credit for 25 days already served.
Judge Jeffery Kritzer determined that Brooks-Greenback must follow 24 conditions while on probation and must also pay $135 in fines and fees. Failure to follow the conditions could result in a 33-month prison sentence.
