Funeral announcements for 11/17/23

A Memorial Service will be held for Marvin Pater, age 98 of Lansing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 18th at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church in Waltham.  Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be held at a later date at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Waltham.  

A funeral service will be held for Royce Ralph Helmbrecht, age 75 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 18th at Crane Community Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday morning.  Interment will take place at a later date in Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

Funeral services will be held for Elaine Fae Buchan, age 87 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 18th at the First Congregational Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17th, and will continue for one hour prior to the service Saturday morning.  Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

A memorial service will be held for Frank “Warren” Rice Jr., age 90 of Austin at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 18th at 1st United Methodist Church in Austin.  Visitation will be held from 1:30-2:30 pm. at the church on Saturday afternoon.   

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for James W. Lang, age 79 of Austin at 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 20th at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin. Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19th at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin, followed by a Rosary and a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the mass at the church on Monday morning, with burial at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Deerfield Township, Steele County.  

A memorial service will be held for Wayne Theodore Bosshart, age 91 of Austin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20th at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service Monday afternoon, with interment at Grandview Cemetery in Austin, with Austin American Legion Post #91 and Olaf B. Damm Post #1216 in Charge of military rites.
