Warrant issued for third suspect alleged to have been involved in October death of 75-year old Austin man

A warrant was issued in Mower County District Court Friday for an Austin man alleged to have been involved in the death of a 75-year-old man from Austin in October.

A criminal complaint warrant was issued for 21-year old Tyrone James Williams on felony charges of aiding/abetting 2nd degree murder, aiding/abetting aggravated robbery and aiding/abetting 1st degree assault.  Williams is the third person to be charged in connection to the October 12th death of 75-year-old William Hall at his residence in the 800 block of 12th Avenue Southeast in Austin. 18-year old Francisco Javier Lagunes Silva was charged on October 29th with felonies for aiding/abetting 2nd degree murder, aiding/abetting aggravated robbery and aiding/abetting 1st degree assault.  Conditional bail was set at $250,000 and unconditional bail was set at $500,000 for Silva at the hearing.  A 17-year-old male has also been charged in the case with the same three felonies as Williams and Silva.  Court records indicated that prosecutors filed a notice on October 27th seeking to certify the teenager as an adult. A certification hearing will be held on November 29th.

Silva’s next appearance in Mower County District Court was scheduled for November 8th.
