A Waltham woman suffered non-life threatening injuries in a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 52 in Goodhue County early Sunday evening.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a 2004 Mazda van being driven by 38-year old Megan Loring Verdouw Gustine of Waltham was southbound on Highway 52 at approximately 6:28 p.m. Sunday evening when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled near milepost 80 in Minneola Township.

Gustine suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Mayo Clinic/St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.  The State Patrol reported that Gustine was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident, and the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, plus Police and Fire Departments from Zumbrota, and the Zumbrota Ambulance squad all assisted the State Patrol at the accident scene.
