Two individuals receive additional charges in Mower County District Court for robberies in Austin and Adams

Two suspects who allegedly robbed the Freeborn Co-op in Lyle on December 11th have received additional charges in Mower County District Court in connection to other robberies at Apollo III in Austin on December 6th, at Dollar General in Austin on December 8th and at Corky’s Corner Convenience Store in Adams on December 9th. 

19-year old Toby James Gogolewski, of Lyle has been charged with two counts of felony 1st degree aggravated robbery, possession of a dangerous weapon and one count of felony aiding/abetting 1st degree aggravated robbery, possession of a dangerous weapon.

18-year old Nathaniel Gerome Davenport Jr. of Austin has been charged with a felony for 1st degree aggravated robbery, possession of a dangerous weapon.  Gogolewski was also recently charged with a felony for 1st degree aggravated robbery, possession of a dangerous weapon while Davenport was recently charged with a felony for aiding/abetting 1st degree aggravated robbery stemming from the robbery at Freeborn Co-Op in Lyle.  

Both Gogolewski and Davenport will make their next appearances in Mower County District Court on December 28th.
