An Austin man who was allegedly found to have drugs, firearms and ammunition after a search warrant was executed on Tuesday at his residence on the 300 block of 7th Street Northwest made his first appearance on Thursday in Mower County District Court.

21-year old Levi Willis Wollschlager was charged with a felony for fourth-degree drugs, possession of 10 or more dosage units of a hallucinogen, three counts of felony fifth-degree drug possession, a felony for possessing a firearm with an altered serial number, a gross misdemeanor for user of a controlled substance in possession of firearms and a gross misdemeanor for user of controlled substance in possession of firearm ammunition.

A second man who allegedly had drugs at the residence, 20-year old Abraham Dario Cervantes-Paz of Austin, was charged with two counts of felony fifth-degree drug possession.  

Both Wollschlager and Cervantez-Paz are scheduled to make their next appearance in Mower County District Court on November 7th.
