Trial dates set for Wisconsin man facing intentional homicide, recklessly endangering safety and 2nd degree murder charges in Wisconsin and in Mower County
Trial dates have been scheduled for a Wisconsin man accused of shooting and killing Sierra Robinson, the mother of his child, shooting at and injuring another woman, then abducting and later killing his 2-year-old daughter, Noelani Robinson, in March 2019.
Noelani’s body was found in a ditch on U.S. Highway 218 just north of Blooming Prairie in Steele County days later.
Dariaz Higgins is facing charges of 1st degree intentional homicide, attempted 1st degree intentional homicide and 1st degree recklessly endangering safety in Wisconsin for the death of Sierra Robinson and the shooting and injuring of another woman, and Higgins is facing 2nd degree murder charges in Mower County District Court in the death of Noelani Robinson.
A pre-trial hearing for Higgins in Wisconsin is scheduled for March 30th, and a jury trial in Mower County District Court is scheduled to begin April 26, 2021.
