Three individuals arrested for alleged check forgery after authorities responded to incidents at an Austin convenience store on October 18th and two banks in Austin on October 21st have been charged in Mower County District Court.

32-year old Nathaniel Jay Stahl, of Austin was charged Friday with a felony for 5th degree drug possession, a gross misdemeanor for check forgery, offer/possess with intent to defraud and a petty misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.

31-year old Jodi Kay Grinder, of Austin has been charged with two counts of felony check forgery, offer or possess and one count of felony 5th degree drug possession, plus a petty misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.

29-year old Miriam Murillo Vazquez, of Austin has been charged with a felony for check forgery, offer or possess, a gross misdemeanor for 5th degree drug possession, a misdemeanor for driving after revocation and a petty misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three suspects are scheduled to make their next appearances in Mower County District Court on November 5th.
