A Canton, South Dakota, man who allegedly sold a total of 2.88 grams of what was later determined to be a mixture of heroin and fentanyl to a Confidential Reliable Informant, or CRI on two different occasions in February and March from a location in Austin has pleaded not guilty in Mower County District Court.

29-year old Nathan Paul Reimers pleaded not guilty Friday to two counts of felony third-degree drugs-sale of narcotic.  Reimers is also currently awaiting disposition on charges of felony second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft in a separate case.

A pre-trial hearing in Mower County District Court has been scheduled for January 24th.
