Shakopee woman sentenced to prison and jail time on drug possession, DWI charges in Mower County District Court

A Shakopee woman facing drug possession and DWI charges in Mower County District Court stemming from an incident that took place on September 20th, 2020 has been sentenced to prison and jail time.

28-year old Jade Marie Parker was convicted and sentenced Thursday to 17 months in prison for a felony 5th degree drug possession charge.  Parker was also convicted and sentenced Thursday to 90 days in jail for a misdemeanor charge of 4th degree DWI, with the body containing any amount of Schedule I or II drugs.  Parker was given credit for 90 days already served.

Parker first pleaded guilty to the charges on October 15th.
