A second suspect is pleading guilty in Mower County District Court for his role in a case involving the discovery of illegal drugs and firearms at an Austin residence in October of 2019. 

Wollschlager Cervantes-Paz

22-year old Levi Willis Wollschlager of Austin, entered a guilty plea Monday to charges of 5th degree drug possession and being a drug user in possession of firearms.  Wollschlager’s sentencing is scheduled for January 28th, 2021.

Wollschlager and 21-year old Abraham Dario Cervantes-Paz, of Austin, were arrested on October 22, 2019. Authorities reported that a search of Wollschalger’s residence turned up 295.50 grams of marijuana, 9.5 alprazolam pills, $1,947 in cash, three pistols, two shotguns, approximately 500 rounds of pistol ammunition, 3.95 grams of MDMA, or Molly and 55 capsules containing MDMA. Court documents state Wollschlager admitted to purchasing the drugs on the dark web and then selling the MDMA and alprazolam.

Investigators also found a red bag containing 370.50 grams of marijuana, 82 alprazolam pills, and $794 in cash.  Wollschlager told authorities that the marijuana, the pills and the cash belonged to Cervantes-Paz.

Cervantes-Paz previously pleaded guilty to a charge of 5th degree drug possession and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.
