Rose Creek woman pleads not guilty to felony drug sale charge in Mower County District Court

A Rose Creek woman who allegedly sold methamphetamine to a police informant in November of 2019 is pleading not guilty in Mower County District Court.  

46-year old Shawn Marie Stellmach has pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of 1st degree drugs, sale of 17 grams or more of methamphetamine.  The Austin Police Department reported that a confidential informant gave Stellmach money on November 20, 2019, before she left for the Twin Cities to pick up a quantity of methamphetamine. Stellmach then allegedly sold the informant 23.535 grams of methamphetamine at her residence in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue Southwest on November 21, 2019.

Stellmach’s trial in Mower County District Court is scheduled to start on March 28, 2022.
