Rochester man sentenced to supervised probation and time served in Mower County District Court for felony violating DANCO
A Rochester man who pleaded guilty to a felony charge of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order in Mower County District Court in January has been sentenced to supervised probation and time served.
50-year old Troy Christoffer Marlow was convicted and sentenced Thursday to five years of supervised probation and 66 days in jail for a felony charge of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order within 10 years of two or more convictions. A 15-month prison sentence was stayed for five years if Marlow complies with the terms of his probation, and he was given credit for 66 days already served.
Two additional felony charges for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order within 10 years of two or more convictions in the case were dismissed with Marlow’s guilty plea.
