Rochester man charged with felony drug possession in Mower County District Court

A Rochester man who was allegedly found with approximately 30 grams of cocaine in a backpack after a traffic stop on I-90 in Mower County early on the morning of April 10th has been charged in Mower County District Court.

33-year old Leonard Demetrius Moss, who was a passenger in the vehicle was charged Monday with a felony for second-degree drugs, possession of 25 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine.  35-year old Ronald Alan Young of Rochester, who was the driver of the vehicle was arrested for allegedly driving while impaired and another passenger in the vehicle, 34-year old Deon Andre Tihre Elmo Pendelton was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.  

Moss’ next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for April 27th.
