Owatonna woman pleads not guilty to felony charge of aiding and abetting the sale of 17 grams or more of methamphetamine in Mower County District Court

An Owatonna woman who allegedly provided transportation for a convicted drug dealer as he sold a total of 27.2 grams of methamphetamine to a Confidential Reliable Informant, or CRI on two different occasions in Austin in May and June of 2019 has been charged in Mower County District Court.

27-year old Athena Alizabeth Berg has been charged with a felony for 1st degree drugs, aiding and abetting the sale of 17 grams or more of methamphetamine within a 90-day period.  Berg pleaded not guilty to the charge, and her next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for March 19th, 2020.
