Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s KAUS Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week, Ethan Forthun of the Southland Rebels boys’ basketball team!

Forthun, a senior forward was one of four Rebels in double figures in scoring Thursday evening with 18 points, plus he added 13 rebounds in a 66-54 Southland win over Grand Meadow, and he also tallied 21 points and nine rebounds in a win over Lanesboro Tuesday evening.  Forthun is one of the biggest reasons Southland has won eight games in a row, and now stand at 13-1 overall on the season.
