32-year old Christopher Robert Stewart has pleaded not guilty to two counts of criminal vehicular homicide, two counts of DWI, driving after revocation, and 5th degree drug possession.

Authorities reported that Stewart crashed into a pickup truck driven by 89-year old William Regner, of Austin at the intersection of Mower County Roads 28 and 29 on May 9, 2019.
