Mower County Administrator Trish Harren stated in a news release that although the county is re-opening, the public is still strongly encouraged to access service needs over the phone or on-line, if possible. She stated that tax payments can be made in the drop box outside the Law Enforcement Center. Inside the Law Enforcement Center lobby entrance there is a drop box for Health & Human Service forms as well as a gray drop box for all other departments.
Harren went on to state that if you are feeling ill or have any of the following symptoms, including a fever, chills, a new cough, shortness of breath, a new sore throat, new muscle aches, new headache, or new loss of smell or taste, please stay home.
