Minnesota Senate passes bill to allow businesses with COVID-19 preparedness plans to reopen despite Gov. Walz’s order

Republicans plus four Democrats, including Senators Dan Sparks, DFL’er from Austin, Kent Eken, John Hoffman and Dave Tomassoni in the Minnesota Senate have passed a bill that would allow businesses with COVID-19 preparedness plans to re-open, despite Governor Tim Walz’s order.  Anoka Senator Jim Abeler  contends businesses are unnecessarily suffering:
