Republicans plus four Democrats, including Senators Dan Sparks, DFL’er from Austin, Kent Eken, John Hoffman and Dave Tomassoni in the Minnesota Senate have passed a bill that would allow businesses with COVID-19 preparedness plans to re-open, despite Governor Tim Walz’s order.
