Minneapolis man facing felony sexual conduct charge in Mower County District Court

A Minneapolis man who allegedly solicited sex from a 12-year-old girl in LeRoy on the afternoon of August 8th has been charged in Mower County District Court.

25-year-old Robert Zhane’ke Burns Jr. was charged Tuesday with a felony for soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct.  Burns, who law enforcement determined to be on felony probation in Blue Earth County with a no use of alcohol condition at the time of his arrest, and who had a 0.18 percent blood alcohol concentration when he submitted a preliminary breath test sample that day is scheduled to make his next appearance in Mower County District Court on August 24th.
