Lyle man facing three felony criminal vehicular operation charges in Mower County District Court

A Lyle man involved in a two-vehicle accident on the afternoon of February 14th on U.S. Highway 218 north of the city that caused serious injuries to the other driver involved has had charges filed against him in Mower County District Court stemming from the incident.   

42-year old Brett Alan Frank was charged Thursday with a felony for criminal vehicular operation, great bodily harm, alcohol concentration 0.08 or more within two hours, a felony for criminal vehicular operation, great bodily harm, alcohol concentration 0.08 or more, a felony for criminal vehicular operation, great bodily harm, under the influence of alcohol and a misdemeanor for 4th degree DWI, alcohol concentration 0.08 or more within two hours. 

Frank’s next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for October 5th.
