Jordan man sentenced on felony assault charge in Mower County District Court

A Jordan man facing a felony assault charge in Mower County District Court stemming from an incident that took place in July of 2020 has been sentenced to supervised probation and jail time.

39-year old Keith Richard Rogge was convicted and sentenced Thursday to three years of supervised probation and 34 days in jail for a felony charge of 5th degree assault.  Rogge was given credit for 34 days already served, and he pleaded guilty to the charge on March 18th.

A felony domestic abuse charge was dismissed in the case with Rogge’s guilty plea.
