Hormel Foods donates 32,000 cases of Skippy brand peanut butter and jelly minis to Convoy of Hope
To help those in need this holiday season, Hormel Foods donated more than 32,000 cases of its SKIPPY brand peanut butter and jelly minis to Convoy of Hope.
The 12 truckloads of PB&J minis were handed out by Convoy of Hope, a Missouri based organization that provides food to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting, at several locations during the holidays. The remainder of the food will be given to people at community outreach events.
Since the organization started in 1994, 115 million people have been served by Convoy of Hope. Hormel Foods has appeared for 11 years in a row on Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s list of the 100 best corporate citizens.
