The Rochester Grizzlies of the North American 3 Hockey League are proud to announce goalie Sean Guerin has signed a North American Hockey League with the Wichita Falls Warriors for the 2020-21 season. Next season will be the first for the Warriors in the NAHL.

Guerin, 17, is in his first full season with the Grizzlies. The Oak Lawn, IL native has done well as part of a goalie trio for the Grizzlies. He holds a record of 7-3-1 with a 2.25 goals against average and a .897 save percentage.

By signing a tender with Wichita Falls, Guerin’s rights belong to the Warriors. He cannot be recruited by another NAHL team. Tendered players are not eligible for the NAHL draft.

The Grizzlies are home Friday taking on the Coulee Region Chill for the seventh time out of eight this season. They’ll be looking for some redemption after dropping this past Saturday’s game in a shootout, 3-2. Rochester has a chance to clinch first place in the Central Division with a win Friday. Coulee Region is 10 points back and each team has six games remaining. The season series is tied at three wins apiece. Friday’s game is set for a 7 PM puck drop from the Rochester Recreation Center.
