The Lyle/Pacelli Athletics entertained Grand Meadow in Southeast Conference girls’ basketball action Tuesday evening, and Kendyl Queensland led three Superlarks in double-figures with 20 points, including three 3-pointers and six rebounds to help lead the Larks to a 73-46 win.

Besides Queensland, Sydney Cotten swished two of Grand Meadow’s nine 3-pointers in the game on her way to 12 points, Lexy Foster tallied a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds, Gina Stier added nine points, River Landers tallied six points and pulled in seven rebounds, Madison Hindt sscored five points and led the Larks in steals with six, Rebecca Hoffman also scored five points, and Isabelle Fretty and McKenna Hendrickson each added three points.  Lyle/Pacelli received a huge game from Alana Rogne, who led all scorers with 23 points, nine of them coming on 3-pointers, Olivia Heard was also in double-figures with 10 points, Emma Wilde added four points, Kristen Koopal chipped in three points, and Lilly VaDeer, Audrey Heard and Morgan Klanikowski all added two points.

With the win, their fourth in their last five games, Grand Meadow moves to 6-2 in the SEC and 6-5 overall.  With the loss, Lyle/Pacelli falls to 1-9 in the SEC and 1-10 overall.   In a scheduling quirk, the two teams will meet again Thursday night in Grand Meadow, with the varsity tip-off at 7:15 p.m.
