Funeral announcements for 9/9/20

A private funeral service for Karen Marie Johnson, age 78 of Austin will be held on Thursday, September 10th at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church of rural Austin.  Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin.  Interment will follow the service in the Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery.  

 

A graveside funeral service for Henry John Mueller, age 73 of Austin will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 11th at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery of rural Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10th at the Worlein Funeral Home of Austin. If you wish to have a chair, you are asked to please bring one to the cemetery for the service.

 

Funeral services for Carl John Wagaman, age 78 of Albert Lea and formerly of Blooming Prairie will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 14th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 13th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin.  Interment will take place at the Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery in Preston.

 

A private family graveside service for Harlan Stanley Thompson, age 88 of Austin will be held at a later date in Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery of rural Austin.  

 

The family of Martin “Marty” Allen, age 68 of Brownsdale will be hosting a gathering for friends and relatives at a later date.  Marty passed away on Sunday, August 16th in Austin.  

 

Becky (Long) Ault of Austin passed away Thursday, August 13th at the age of 85.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions and to ensure everyone’s health and safety, the family has chosen a small service for immediate family only.

 

Steven Lavern Leidal, age 72 of Austin passed away Monday, August 17th at Mayo Clinic Health System of Austin.  No services will be held at this time.
