Funeral announcements for 9/18/23

A memorial service will be held for Jack Hastings, age 86 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19th at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday morning at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin.

 

A graveside service will be held for Paul Alvin Mayer, age 74 of Austin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21st at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.  

 

A funeral service for Bernice Ion Konken (Read) will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23rd at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22nd at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday morning.  Private family interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Brownsdale.

 

A memorial service will be held for Dolores Marie Jech, age 94 at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 24th at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Elkton.  Interment will be in St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Elkton.  

 

A private memorial service for family and friends will be held for Darvin Anderson, age 78, formerly of Austin at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.  

 

 A private family gathering will be held to celebrate the life of Donald “Don” “Donald P.” Ralph Holmen, age 98 of Dexter, who passed away on Wednesday, August 23rd at his residence in Dexter.

 

Brian Donovan Carpetz, age 80 of Austin passed away on Saturday, August 26th at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Austin.  In honoring Brian’s wishes, no services will be held.
