Funeral announcements for 6/20/22

A private family funeral service will be held for Patricia “Pat” A. Amdahl, age 81 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21st at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

Funeral services will be held for Gary Allan Sanden, age 72 of Albert Lea will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21st at Oakland Lutheran Church.  Visitation will be for one hour before the service at the church.  Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Albert Lea.

A Memorial Mass will be held for Helen Ann Krystosek, age 97 of Blooming Prairie will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22nd at St. Columbanus Catholic Church in Blooming Prairie.  Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.  

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Darlene A. Reed, age 76 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 23rd at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin.  Friends may call from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22nd at the Mayer Funeral Home in Austin, and also for one hour prior to the mass at the church on Thursday.  Interment will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Rose Creek.  

A funeral service will be held for Eugene “Gene” Harmon, age 71 of Austin will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, June 24th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 1:00-3:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon prior to the service.  To honor Gene’s love of the Minnesota Twins and the Southland Rebels, the family is requesting casual dress and either team’s apparel to be worn.  An ice cream social will also be held in his memory.  Private family interment will take place at Rose Creek Enterprise Cemetery in rural Austin.
