Funeral announcements for 6/2/21

Funeral services will be held for Neil Lester Proechel, age 86 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 3rd at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

 

Funeral services will be held for Luella Hatteberg, age 95 of Blooming Prairie will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 3rd at the Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home in Blooming Prairie.  Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will be in First Lutheran Cemetery in Blooming Prairie.  

 

Funeral services will be held for Pat Hinz, age 74 of Adams at 11:00 a..m Friday, June 4th at Little Cedar Lutheran Church in Adams.  Interment will take place in Little Cedar Lutheran Church Cemetery in Adams.  Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 3rd at the Adams Funeral Home, and will continue one hour before the service on Friday, June 4th.  

 

A funeral service for Donna A. Johnson, age 85, formerly of Austin will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4th at the Mayer Funeral Home in Austin.  Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Mayer Funeral Home on Friday.  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Austin.

 

A graveside service will be held for Duane Patterson, age 67 of Iowa City on Saturday, June 5th at 10:30 a.m. at Six Mile Grove Cemetery in Lyle.  

 

A memorial service will be held for Arlayne D. Schauls, age 90 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place one hour before the service.  Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

 

A Mass of Christian burial will be held for Melvin John Thome, age 88 of Adams will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnsburg, MN.  Interment will be in the St. John’s Catholic Church in Johnsburg.  Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4th at the Adams Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday morning.  

 

A memorial service will be held for Arthur “Mugs” Nicholas Shawback, Jr, age 57  of Plymouth, MN and formerly of Austin at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 6th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 12:00-2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon prior to the service.  Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.
