Funeral announcements for 6/12/23

A funeral service will be held for Marcella M. Thompson, age 103 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.  Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

A memorial service will be held for Sidney J. Brown, age 89 of Austin at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14th at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Austin.  Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13th at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin, and also for one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.  

A funeral service will be held for Emery Price Jr., age 94 of Lyle at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 15th at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Lyle.  Visitation will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14th at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Lyle, and will continue for one hour prior to the service on Thursday morning.  Interment will take place at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Mona, Iowa.
