Funeral announcements for 4/5/21

A funeral service for Adelia Mae Dundas, age 10 of Austin will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6th at Faith Evangelical Free Church in Austin, with a live stream also available on the church’s website at www.faithchurchaustin.org.  Visitation will  take place from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.  Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery in Austin.  in honor of Adelia and other immunocompromised friends, masks, social distancing and other COVID-19 protocols will be expected.  

A graveside service will be held for Elizabeth, “betty” Marie Louden, age 82 of Austin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7th at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin. Masks, social distancing and all COVID-19 protocols will be enforced.  

A Memorial Mass will be held for Carl L. Hanson, age 78 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 8th at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin.  Friends may call one half-hour before the service at the church on Thursday.  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Austin.

A private funeral will be held for Dr. Duane John  Wallaker, age 93, formerly of Austin at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin, with Austin Post #91 American Legion and VFW Post #1216 in charge of military rites.  

A memorial service will be held at a later date for Helen Mae Dixon, age  84 of Austin, who passed away on Wednesday, March 10th at The Cedars of Austin.  

A Celebration of Life will be held in August of this year for Douglas Alvin Johnson, age 59 of Blooming Prairie, who passed away Friday, March 5th.  The family will keep everyone posted as to when the celebration service will be held in August.
