Funeral announcements for 3/30/23

A Celebration of Life for John Donald Welch, age 93 of Ellendale, and formerly of Blooming Prairie will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31st at the Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home in Blooming Prairie.  Interment will take place at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Preston.  

A memorial service will be held for Donald r. Stilwell, Jr. age 80 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 31st at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 30th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday morning.  Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held for Virginia Elaine Davis, age 94 of Albert Lea, and formerly of Clarks Grove at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5th at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church of rural Austin.  Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday morning. Private interment will be at the Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery in the summer.

A private graveside service will be held for John Harlow Whiting, age 94 of Blooming Prairie in April of 2023, at First Lutheran Cemetery in rural Blooming Prairie.  Military honors will follow the service at the Servicemen’s Club in Blooming Prairie.
